A huge ministry opportunity has recently come to light--people in India who are visually impaired need audio Bibles.
At a recent audio Bible distribution in the state of Tamil Nadu in India, a blind man came with his elderly mother. The man had lost his eyesight a year earlier during an operation on his eyes. The doctor hit a nerve during the procedure, and when the man came out of surgery, he was completely blind.

VALLEY FORGE, PA (ABNS 11/15/13)—IM missionaries serving in the Philippines, Debbie Mulneix and Jonathan and Thelma Nambu, report that relief efforts are beginning to take effect in the typhoon-stricken areas in this Southeast Asian country. Located in and near Manila, the missionaries are safe as this part of the Philippines was mildly affected.
The storm hit on November 8, 2013 and it is estimated that more than 3,600 people lost their lives, according to the BBC....

VALLEY FORGE, PA (ABNS 11/11/13)—Super typhoon Haiyan struck the Philippine islands last weekend with devastating force. The Philippine Red Cross estimates that at least 1,200 people were killed by the storm. That number could grow as officials make their way to remote areas made nearly inaccessible by Haiyan. International Ministries missionaries in the Philippines, Debbie Mulneix and Jonathan and Thelma Nambu, have been contacted by IM and are safe.
